Seems like CodeMasters got some troubles with the login servers for their recently released game Lord of the Rings Online: Shadows of Angmar. The login servers have been down for a bit and the gents are working their best to resolve the situation. Players have been asked to make login attempts about every 30 minutes to alleviate some load off the server.
